What we believe in
IFS has developed a strong 'culture' with our way of working - be that with staff, advisers, customers or business connections.
It is built on mutual trust, long term ralationships and quality in everything that we do.It means that people stay with IFS - some of our advisers have been with us for over 15 years, with several more not far behind
The Directors are 'hands on', always available and ready an willing to help. We know our advisers well, involving them in business decisions, taking advice from them on product design and system processes, as well as enjoying their (and their other halves) at numerous social events.
